Degree in Forestry Engineering (University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, UTAD), with training in Renewable Energy Sources Management (Catholic University), with certification and experience in training and energy efficiency (AML and ISQ certification) .
Since 1993, it has been active in renewable energy sources (main knowledge in residual biomass), policies and measures for the management of natural resources (ICN, CBE and Aflops) and energy efficiency.
Responsible for the creation (2006), development and management of the Arrábida Energy and Environment Agency, ENA, where she works as a delegate administrator and executive director, she also worked in the areas of energy and environment in the municipalities of Palmela and Loures (2008-2015) .
With experience in promoting renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, she has developed knowledge for the design, implementation and coordination of development and cooperation projects within national and European funding programs, participating as a coordinator and partner in several projects national and European:

He holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Production and Energy Conservation Systems (both from the University of Beira Interior).
He has been working in the areas of auditing and energy efficiency since 1999, being qualified by the DGEG for audits and energy, planning energy management for large consumers (industry and transport).
It has specialized knowledge on renewable energy sources, especially wind, due to the work it has carried out in the installation of wind farms.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering (Lisbon Higher Institute of Engineering), with a postgraduate degree in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency (Institute of Welding and Quality) and a Master's Degree in Energy and Bioenergy (Universidade Nova de Lisboa).
Since 2009, he has worked as a Senior Energy Technician with experience in developing projects / awareness campaigns, studies and training programs in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency (eg: training Standard: ISO 50 001, Energy audits Standard: ISO 50 002, Energy certification of buildings).

Graduated from the integrated master's degree in Environmental Engineering in the branch of Environmental Systems and PhD student in the doctoral programme Environment and Sustainability at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, New University of Lisbon (FCT NOVA).
He has dedicated his scientific-professional career, since 2015, developing and participating in projects of environmental assessment, environmental education and awareness, ocean and coastal literacy, adaptation to climate change and methodologies to support decision making. Between 2015 and 2019 he collaborated with the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at FCT NOVA participating and developing several projects of environmental assessment, environmental education, methodologies to support decision making and to provide support in several disciplines of the Environmental Engineering course in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS's), as a teacher of Technical Design and teacher of Science and Technology Transversal Skills.
In relation to environmental education projects, he was technical coordinator of the project - Conhecer para Preservar, Ambassadors for Biodiversity - carried out in the municipalities of Torres Vedras and Lourinhã, which developed awareness and action campaigns, an educational project with the school community and a travelling exhibition. She was responsible for the team of volunteers of the Brigada do Ambiente at the Sol da Caparica Festival where she coordinated awareness actions.
She participated in the Hidralerta Project - Forecasting and warning systems of floods in coastal and port areas in which she elaborated coastal risk maps considering climate change scenarios.
He participated in the Marine Protected Area Foz Azul Project in Torres Vedras, where he identified the thematic contents that justify the creation of a local marine protected area, defined the implementation area and the values to be protected, involved all stakeholders in the process of creating a marine protected area, developed a strategy for the implementation of a local marine protected area and contributed to the drafting of the regulation.
He was technical responsible in the MarRISK/INTERREG project action in direct collaboration with the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA, I.P.) in which he developed coastal adaptation strategies in scenarios climate change scenarios in coastal areas of Galicia and Northern Portugal, proposed cost-benefit analysis for the respective strategies and proposed resilient measures for buildings at risk.
He was technical responsible for the development of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Revision of the Municipal Master Plan of Setúbal.
Currently he is responsible for the follow-up and monitoring of the Sustainable Energy Action Plans of Setúbal and Palmela, Used Food Oil Route, Green Libraries, Green Seal environmental Selo Verde environmental certification and responsible for the executive coordination of the environmental education project Maletas da Sustentabilidade with the schools of the ENA municipalities (Palmela, Sesimbra and Setúbal).

She has experience in project management with public funding and institutional communication in strategic areas such as energy, environment and tourism .
Responsible for the creation, development and management of the Energy Agency of the Province of Cadiz (2006) and the development of national and international projects related to energy management (SAVE II, NIMSEC - Intelligent Energy for Europe, Young Eco -Heros - Youth in Action, POWER - INTERREG IVC), as well as training programs and environmental awareness as project coordinator and responsible for communication.
