He holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Production and Energy Conservation Systems (both from the University of Beira Interior).

He has been working in the areas of auditing and energy efficiency since 1999, being qualified by the DGEG for audits and energy, planning energy management for large consumers (industry and transport).

It has specialized knowledge on renewable energy sources, especially wind, due to the work it has carried out in the installation of wind farms.

ENA technical director since 2008, with experience in the development of projects / awareness campaigns, studies, training programs in the field of renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, energy auditing and sustainable development (adaptation and mitigation actions) and Performance Building Energetic.

Technical Coordinator of the monitoring and monitoring of the Plans of Action for Sustainable Energy of Setúbal and Palmela, Route of Used Oils, Eco Companies, Green Seal and several projects of Environmental Education with the schools of the Municipalities of ENA.
